As we endeavor to stem the spread of COVID-19, Freund-Vector has implemented a new service capability to ensure critical projects are not delayed.

Freund-Vector has begun carrying out Factory Acceptance Test via a live stream. During these online FAT’s, the customer experience is as effective as if it were conducted in person. An online host, most generally our Project Manager, will lead the FAT. Many more members of our design team will also be online to answer questions, operate the equipment, demonstrate the capabilities of the system, and providing the best camera angles that fully represent the system.

Freund-Vector has always taken our approach to a customer FAT very seriously. We are one of a very few vendors that will actually interconnect the entire system on our factory floor with the ability to run product, showing you everything is in working order to your specification prior to shipment. Our commitment with online FAT’s remains the same.

With this approach, Freund-Vector can maintain our customer’s important timelines, despite travel restrictions and reduced personnel interactions that might normally delay critical projects.

Freund-Vector is ready for the post-COVID marketplace. Virtual assistance will be an increasingly essential element during the design, start-up and after-sale assistance phases of any equipment retrofit and/or facility expansion.
